The petitioners are sought to be prosecuted for an offence under Section 498A and other sections of Indian Penal Code. They are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the informant. It is alleged that the husband of the informant, having abandoned her in his village, went off to Delhi to work. Thereafter, she, being pregnant, the father-in-law and mother-inlaw arranged for her abortion and they then thrown her out of the house. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the whole problem is that the informant is not ready to live in the village and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57278 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 serve the father-in-law and mother-in-law and in absence of husband, various disputes between the parties took place. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Madhubani in Ladaniya Police Station Case No 89 of 2015 dated 17.06.2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
