Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24260 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24260 of 2021, the petitioner was directed to be surrendered before the court below within four weeks in connection with Mirganj P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55171 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Case No. 95 of 2019 pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Purnia, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24260 of 2021 is modified to the said extent.
