2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 301 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner No. 1 is the Gotani of the deceased lady and petitioner no. 02 is the son of the petitioner no. 01 and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

4. In view of the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 301 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
