2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22074 of 2019 by granting further time to the petitioner to surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 375 of 2017 as the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time as he is working outside the State.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by petitioner before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42642 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 learned Court below in terms of order dated 08.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 22074 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
