2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 21 (b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

4. Recovery is of 60 gram of smack and Rs. 3,03,000/- from the co-accused Sohrab @ Chhotu. The petitioner has been found to be involved in the business of selling smack with the co-accused Sohrab.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2024 and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions cum Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024. The petitioner shall be released after framing of charge.

8. The petitioner will visit Araria Police Station on all the Sundays of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
