It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the order under contempt has now been complied with and whatever enquiry was to be conducted has now been conducted. The irregularities in the appointment without conducting an enquiry has also been remedied in the sense that those who had erred in making the appointment have been adequately show

Patna High Court MJC No.1587 of 2014 (17) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 caused and punished. As such, no case under contempt of Courts Act is made out in the present context.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however submits that the wrong having been occasioned to the petitioner, and, therefore, liberty may be given to assail the wrong occasion done to him.
