The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, happens to be father-in-law of the victim and no specific allegation of assault in any manner is attributed to him. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. He is rotting in judicial custody since 02.09.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3234 of 2021(2) dt.17-06-2021 2/2 furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
