The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 524 of 2016, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Ashutosh Kumar whose name is in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61701 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ Station Case No. 524 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
