The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by in-laws of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.43297 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 further submits that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they have no concern with the mess and business of the informant and her husband, namely, Chandan Kumar Singh who is in judicial custody. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 353 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
