This application has been filed for complaining disobedience of the order passed on 30th of April, 2013 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 21569 of 2012.
The show cause has been filed by the respondent No. 3 and it is the case of the respondent No. 3 that the grievance of the petitioner is to be considered and a decision taken by the Staff Selection Commission and the State Selection Commission, respondent No. 2 has not filed any show cause. Patna High Court MJC No.533 of 2014 dt.13-10-2017 2/2 was to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, without initiating action for contempt, it is directed that on petitioner filing certified copy of this order along with the order passed on 30.04.2013 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 21569 of 2012, the Staff Selection Commission, respondent No. 2 shall take note of the claim of the petitioner and decide the same, if not already decided, by speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In case the representation of the petitioner has already been decided, suffice it to say that respondent No. 2 shall communicate the same to this Court.
With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
