JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that other co-accused persons has already been granted bail and nine months has already been expired but no witnesses has been examined in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Perused the record and it appears that not a single witness has been examined.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62942 of 2017 (4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.381 of 2016 on condition that one bailor should be local bailor and petitioner will cooperate in trial on each and every date.
