JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 In view of the fact that the petitioner has retired from service in January, 2017 as University Professor, his pension was also fixed as University Professor vide PPO No. 1579/2017 dated 30.01.2017, the Court does not find any justification to grant further indulgence as the petitioner has superannuated as Professor and he has been granted the pension treating him as Professor. The decision revising the date of absorption has now lost its significance.

In view of the above, the issue as to the date of absorption looses its significance.
