Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 124A, 153B of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Considering the fact that the case was registered in 1994, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 1994, pending in the court of learned Sri Narendra Pal Singh, J.M.,
