2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case no. 140 of 2016, registered under section 304B, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Having perused the material on record, it transpires that the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on two occasions vide order dated 13.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2068 of 2017 and order dated 28.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 6172 of 2018.

4. Having gone through the contents of the petition, this Court finds that the statements made therein are all with respect to the facts which were available to the petitioner prior

Neither there is any fresh ground for moving a fresh application for anticipatory bail and even the order of the learned Court below rejecting her prayer for anticipatory bail is the order dated 1.10.2016 passed in ABP no. 647 of 2016.

5. This Court finds no fresh ground for entertaining the instant third application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner.

6. The application is dismissed.
