JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is Rajaswa Karmachari. As per allegation, due to covid-19 the Anchal Adhikari had directed not to perform his work in office, as such, he was performing his work in the house of one Suman Singh. The petitioner came there and abused the informant filthy words and asked as to why had he not reported in favour of the petitioner. He also scattered the papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is

As a matter of fact, the informant was preparing wrong report instead of preparing it after inspection of the spot. This act of the informant was protested by the petitioner it was the reason that he has falsely implicated the petitioner in this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
