In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with G.R. No. 107 of 2017 arising from Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As has been submitted by the Bar that the matter has been settled outside the Court. This Court is not giving any opinion in the matter. If the petitioners surrender, the court below below will take into consideration the matter and pass order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
