Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither petitioner ever produced any fake letter nor got any benefit in light of the letter. There is delay in lodging the first information report without any explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40418 of 2020(7) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S.
