The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur Hat P. S. Case No. 17 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no allegation of specific overt act against this petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner that he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and other family members .

From the written report itself it appears that occurrence had taken place due to land dispute. The injury report of injured has been annexed as annexure-2 series from which it appears that injured has sustained simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM II, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P. S. Case No. 17 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
