The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case no. 27 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of informant, aged about 16 years, by seven accused persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, with intention to perform marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is married sister and petitioner No.2 is brotherin-law of the Shahalam due to that reasons, they have falsely

Further submission is that the statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she has stated about her kidnapping by Shahalam, Dayalu and one other, but she has not disclosed the name of petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
