By the present application, the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail, even though on the earlier occasion after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail had been rejected. No new facts or subsequent development have been brought to the notice of this Court for considering the case for anticipatory bail afresh.
