12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 325/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 418, 419, 420, 327, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. He has no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that co-accused namely, Ajay Prasad, has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. NO. 49822/2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.213 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 325/2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Rajeev/- (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J.) U T
