JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 This application has been preferred for modification of the part of the order dated 15.03.2019 passed in CWJC No.14747 of 2018. The relevant part reads as under:- "Let the entire matter be brought to the notice of the competent authority having a final say in these matters in the corporate office of the BSNL. The Chief Engineer (respondent no.1) shall send all these issues to be looked into by the said competent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order who will take an appropriate view on these issues within a period of sixty days thereafter."

It is stated that the respondent no.1 has sent the matter to the office of the competent authority in the corporate office

Patna High Court MJC No.2321 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 vide letter dated 27.03.2019 and 29.03.2019 for compliance, but because it pertains to review of the policy decision for which exhaustive details and feedback are required to be obtained from all the field officers and detail deliberation is required, some more time is required to be granted. The petitioner has, therefore, prayed for extension of prescribed 60 days time by at least another 90 days.

In the facts and circumstances stated in the application, 60 days time fixed in the order, as quoted hereinabove, is hereby extended by another 90 days, meaning thereby that the competent authority in the corporate office must take an appropriate view on the issues by 30th July, 2019. This application stands disposed off.
