JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kankarbagh PS Case No. 730 of 2017 registered under Sections 356 and 379 of the IPC.

It is a case of chain snatching and the FIR is against unknown persons.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed in the confessional statement of a coaccused and except that there is no other material in the present case against the petitioner.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abhishek Kumar @ Atal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhvi Singh, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh PS Case No. 730 of 2017.
