The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3888 of 2021(6) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
