The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 338 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 489(A), 489(B) and 489(E) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the seriousness of the case and the fact that the petitioner is also involved where the money was handed over to the concerned lady. It is a case where custodial interrogation would be required.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
