2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur (Sonpur) Rail P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2023. He further submits that petitioner is a senior citizen and the goods which are said to be stolen were not stolen and there is no complaint about theft of those goods.

4. It is alleged that some stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46307 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur, Saran at Chapra in connection with Hajipur (Sonpur) Rail P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below.
