2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3970 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking

Patna High Court MJC No.402 of 2016 dt.06-02-2017 decision at their end.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits on the basis of para 12 and 14 of the show cause that the order of this Court stands complied with and the petitioner's Ultrasound Centres have been renewed for a further period of five years.

4. Having regard to the above, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
