Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with C1-613 of 2016 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that initially the complainant lodged Bela P.S. Case No.15 of 2015 and in that case the police after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46809 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 investigation submitted final form finding the case untrue. It is also submitted that earlier the father of the co-accused Nand Kishore Singh had lodged Bela P.S. Case No.74 of 2010 under Section 307 and 324 of the I.P.C. against the prosecution party in which many persons received injuries and the police after investigation submitted charge sheet against them. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with C1-613 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
