The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries though are said to have been made from the house of the petitioner, the petitioner has nothing to do with such country made wine and seizure-list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. He further submits that the present case is one of the false implications.

Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29563 of 2016 (4) dt.28-09-2016 P2/2 the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with G.O. Case No. 98/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
