Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 345 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 323, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused due to previous enmity.
