JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 511, 341, 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of committing unnatural offence with the informant on the assurance of providing employment.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had lodged Shastri Nagar P.s. Case NO. 367 of 2015 levelling accusation under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, against three unknown when the informant was arrested with country made pistol. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56581 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 386 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
