Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No.464 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 70 litres of spirit from the hut of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 07.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of

Case No.464 of 2017.
