Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 17.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26845 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of assault by sword to the son of the informant due to which he succumbed to the injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the postmortem report does not support the prosecution case and the other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, which will appear from Annexure-6..

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42873 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conduct it on regular basis so that it may be concluded as soon as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
