2. Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- That this writ petition is for direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10356 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 respondents for payment of arrear salary from May 2023 to 17.11.2023 against works executed in view of order passed by District Teacher Appellate Authority, Gopalganj in Appeal No.66 of 2023 on 01.11.2023, which attains its finality and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that against impugned order passed by the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Gopalganj dated 01.11.2023 in Appeal No.66 of 2023, the State has preferred appeal before the State Appellate Authority and same is registered as Appeal No.218 of 2025.

4. Petitioner seeks to avail remedy before the State Appellate Authority.
