21-12-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 2611 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged by Nutan Devi, daughter-in-law of the petitioner no. 1.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law of the complainant , petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the complainant, petitioner no.3 is the elder brother-in-law of the complainant and petitioner no. 4 is the wife of petitioner no. 3.

No.57328 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the fact that the marriage had been solemnized in the year 2007, and this complaint case is filed alleging demand of dowry in the year 2014. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Indradeo Mishra, Ranjana Devi, Jaideo Mishra and Saraswati Devi @ Saraswati Mishra, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dipanjan Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2611 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
