2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by modification of order dated 20.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29040 of 2014, in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the husband of the opposite party no. 2 died after long treatment and hence the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated period in terms of order dated 20.04.2016.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the time for surrender granted in terms of order dated 20.04.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 29040 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
