JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 The matter has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the behest of counsel for the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a married girl, but it has been recorded in third line of paragraph no.4 of the order dated 15.04.2019 that the petitioner is an unmarried girl. It appears that the said mistake perpetuated in the order aforementioned since in the cause title of the petition, the petitioner has been described as "Nutal Kumari D/O Rambaran Singh".
In the circumstances, the order dated 15.04.2019 is modified to the extent that in the third line of paragraph no.4 of the order the word 'unmarried girl' be read as 'married girl'.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68823 of 2018(5) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by further four weeks in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui.
