Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 28.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 50678 of 2016 is rectified to the extent that father's name of petitioner no. 2 should be read as Hari Mohan Jha instead of Ganpat Paswan. The modification application stands disposed of.
