JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471,406,420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner obtained B. Ed. Certificate from a college of which recognition was cancelled. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner did B.Ed. in 1994 and recognition of the college in question was cancelled in 1998. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above
