JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in the P. S. Case Number of the petition as well as in the prayer portion of the petition. It is submitted that Asarganj P. S. Case No. 88 of 2022 may be read as Asarganj P. S. Case No. 82 of 2022.

Permission is accorded to this extent only.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(B) and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner issued sim on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Petitioner is only a sim distributor and documents supplied by the customer is sent to the company for approval and only after investigation, sim is activated. Petitioner has got no role in the aforesaid offence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger in Asarganj P. S. Case No. 82 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
