This is an application for regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case no. 242 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the victim lady, having illicit relation with another lady and killing the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case. While petitioner was trying to save the life of her wife, he also received burn injury.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59130 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected. (S. Kumar, J) sudip/- U T
