This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sadar P.S. Case No.277 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is accused of preparing to commit dacoity.

There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 02.03.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
