The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.496 of 2015 registered under Sections 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Regard being had to the fact that there is allegation that the petitioner was running a brothel from where two victims were rescued by the police, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
