The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379/34, 341, 323, 504, 427, 325 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant, snatched Rs. 4,000/- and damaged his Pickup Van.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a dispute with regard to taking pass from the vehicle of petitioner an altercation took place. Though the informant has received three injuries. The Doctor advised for C.T. Scan but it has not been done. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55842 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
