2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 2,37,747/- from the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2024.

4. During investigation it has come that the petitioner is one of the criminals who has committed the crime. The face of the petitioner has been captured in the CCTV camera.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47071 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
