2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihiyan P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 140(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that, because of some dispute, the parties have fought and the same was given color of kidnapping case, now the parties have settled their disputes. He also submits that the petitioner is a student and has clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Bihiyan P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025.

8. Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
