The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.128 of 2017 registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that when the informant came at her village then she saw her son Rajeev Kumar Jha in restless condition, who asked the informant to serve the tea. When the informant made query to his son about his restlessness then he told that when he had gone to his sasural to make the complaint regarding the character of his wife then he was abused by his father-in-law and mother-in-law (petitioner) and due to annoyance, he consumed the poison..

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60548 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the son of the informant. The petitioner and her husband with an ulterior motive have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the fatherin-law of the son of the informant, namely, Pran Bandhu Jha, the husband of the petitioner, has already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.53294 of 2017. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.128 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S.
