The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. Case No. 393/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., wherein she has specifically stated that this petitioner took her away forcibly and committed rape with her, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
