2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 76, 109(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 05.02.2026
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45202 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/3 at about 11:30 AM, all the F.I.R., named accused persons, including this petitioner, hurled verbal abuses and petitioner assaulted the informant and family members, snatched a gold chain and cash from the informant's son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant are relatives and close door neighbours. Petitioner is cousin Bhaisur of the informant. Informant is a Ward member of Siadatpur Aguani Panchayat. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. No specific allegation of any overt act is alleged against him. There is 2 days delay in lodging the F.I.R. which itself creates doubt over the entire prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief
