It is stated in the report that the appellant Sahdeo Yadav, son of Late Sukur Yadav, resident of village Bichwae, post station Sikandra, district Jamui, passed away on 24.12.2006 in the Central Jail, Bhagalpur while serving sentence of conviction under Section 302 of the IPC passed in Sessions Trial No. 477 of 1997, arising out of Sikandra Police station Case No. 05 of 1992, by Additional Sessions Judge, FTC No.2, Jamui.
